That’s eventually what happens to every narcissist. They are left alone—not because fate is cruel—but because of their own choices.
The way they treated their children. The people who love them. Nobody wants to be with a cranky old person who always complains, always puts you down, and plays the biggest martyr—while you’re trying everything you can to help them.
So they’re left on their own with their miserable self—which burns them further and makes their narcissism even worse.
Even after passing away, their soul never finds a place to rest.
If you believe in realms, then they settle in the lowest of the realms. If you believe in rebirth, they may be reborn—probably as an animal or something else—because they never deserve to be a human being.
If you believe in afterlife, then their afterlife is hell. They’re punished for their deeds.
In a nutshell: it is never happy for them. There is no happy ending for a narcissist—one way or another. They are made to face the consequences, and at that time they can’t escape them.
They are made to suffer—not because God is cruel and wants to punish them—but because of their own karma. They’re facing it in the moment, and that is what they are destined to face.
