7 Signs Your body is Suffering after Narcissistic Abuse.

You may think you just need a new vitamin, a few extra hours of sleep, or that you are simply getting older, but the sudden hair loss in the shower, the freezing cold hands, and the random shortness of breath when you are just sitting on the couch are not a medical mystery. They’re the physical receipts of what a narcissist is doing to you behind closed doors, or what they may have done to you. When you live in a constant state of fear, waiting for the next massive argument or the next freezing silent treatment, your brain actually tells your body that you are in deep physical danger. It’s exactly like closing the heating vents in the empty rooms of a house to keep the main living room warm during a terrible winter. When you live with a narcissist, your body is trapped in this winter storm every single day. Your hands and feet stay freezing cold because your body is literally starving them of warm blood to keep your heart protected from daily panic. This deep biological panic also causes the second major sign of starvation.

Number two: hair thinning or falling out in clumps.
